While some of the catering items are a significant price increase, he was able to work with me on the menu to meet the various budgetary constraints. Additionally, for each and every event, placing the order and following up was essentially seamless. Ron was very attentive to detail and meeting our needs, and paired with Chef Aaron, you have a dynamite team. Both were very attentive at each event, checking in to be sure everything met our needs.
